[Abstract] Domestic 10,000-horsepower engine is installed on a 10,000-ton wheel for trial voyage. The shipbuilders represented by Lu Dalu not only struggled with the strong typhoons of nature, but also struggled with the severe ideological sentiments of the STO Bureau's machine inspection personnel. Whether it's wind or waves, they are all touchstones. Chen Zongjie, who regarded himself as an "authority", was simply the one who stirred up troubles and fueled the flames; while Gao Tianyu, the commander-in-chief of 10,000-horsepower machine production, was blown away by the wind and fascinated by the waves. He hoped to be able to survive on a calm sea. Sailing "comfortably"; only shipbuilders represented by Lu Dalu are aware of the dangers of wind and waves and prefer to sail in wind and waves. They held their heads high in the face of struggle, cut through the wind and waves, and "tried" their proletarian heroic qualities on the cusp of the storm.
